However, some organizations prefer to take on the challenge of process improvement with internal resources.  This may be especially true for smaller firms.

That's why we make if possible for basic members of our service to learn new approaches and to make improvements on their own, without the usual consulting service (that includes a Needs Analysis).

As a basic member, you will have access to our basic training module.  You also qualify for our online certification at no additional cost to you.

Online Certification

Our "Lean Continuous Improvement" certification is an online self-guided training course.  It is comparable to a graduate level college course.  Students that successfully complete this course will earn a LCI Certification.  All members of this service qualify to take the LCI online coursework.  Only those who plan to complete the course should register.
